off to Conclave

dagibbsToday I'm off to Conclave -- sf convention in Lansing Michigan. Was planning to ride, but the weather reports, combined with the wind and ice pellets/hail this morning has suggested to me that maybe driving is the better choice.
Plans include overnighting with friends in Toronto, then lunch with another friend on Friday, convention, then overnight Sunday with friends in Ann Arbor, and a return in time for a poly discussion group in Ottawa, Monday evening. Should be a busy (long) weekend.

Date: 2003-10-20 01:27 pm (UTC)As far as south on business... well, it varies. Phoenix, Arizona is probably the farthest south I've been sent, and unfortunately I've yet to be sent to Texas. I've got people I'd be happy to visit in Austin, Dallas, and Houston.
