Day 7 - Las Vegas limestone

It has been raining for the last day and half here in Vegas, so we can't climb on the sandstone -- it gets soft and easily breakable when wet, and stays that way until it dries out, usually at least a day, sometimes 2-3 depending on the rain. We've had a lot of rain, so at least a couple days of drying. So, we climbed some local limestone today -- Gun Club crag and Urban crag. The rock was very sharp, so after doing 6 climbs, we called it a day. I lead two 5.6s, a 5.7, a 5.8, a 5.9+, and top-roped a 5.10a (clean). Tomorrow we head for a local granite crag, then on Monday for Joshua Tree.
