Except for the times when I was outside in the nasty, dangerous, slippery conditions, I have not worn the aircast at all. And, it wasn't a day of just sitting down. I will say, though, my calf is quite tired and my ankle does hurt. I think I should ice it. In fact, I think I will ice it.

Family day?
