Pouring rain & thunder... and hiking.

So, it's just started pouring down rain pretty heavily, with rumbles of thunder... and gabriel_le is out hiking the Rideau trail. I guess this is going to be a pretty serious "practice" hike, if the weather manages to dump pretty good, now. But, still, I'm feeling a bit concerned for her.

Another benefit - she can find out what leaks. Much easier to fix in town. It wasn't that warm last night, though. Still well within safety. I forgot that she'd be in that last night. When will you hear from her?

She should be calling me for pickup and a lift home on Thursday. I'm sure she'll post about how it went when she gets home, and if not, I will. :)
