Adulting win

I always feel like I've won at adulting when I've put away laundry, and having paired up the socks I don't end up with any mismatched socks, or un-paired socks.

Man, if that's the rule, I rarely adult.

Doing laundry is adulting.
Putting away the laundry rather than living out of the clean laundry basket is adulting.

But having all the socks match up is WINNING at adulting. :)

I can imagine how with all the traveling, things might not come out as often that way!

Yes, travel does increase the risk of mismatched socks, and one lost in that case won't ever re-mate.

With my current washing machine/dryer combo (ventless drying), it's so much less staticky that I had completely forgotten about the usual laundry sock problem until last spring when I spent a month living at my parents house after my dad's surgery and was doing my laundry there instead.
