And, guess what, I went climbing -- both Saturday and Sunday.

Sunday we got back up to Upper Cliff at Lac Sam and I found that the fixed rope I had installed along the base was working very well. It turns the base from a place that feels a bit sketchy, and where you always need to be careful, to a place that feels a lot more comfortable and relaxed. I'm very happy with this change.

Saturday was chilly, windy, but bug-free. Sunday there were definitely mosquitos and black flies out hunting. But, 'tis the season.

I think your subject suggests you should be doing more mid-week climbing. Or other adventures warranting LJ bragging. I mean documenting. Journaling.
