BOS -> YTZ

dagibbsBut, not BOS -> YTZ -> YOW despite what my ticket and boarding passes say. I'm hopping off in Toronto for a party this evening, then taking the train home to Ottawa on Sunday.
It has been a good week here in Boston (area). I had dinner with ladysprite and Arnis on Tuesday, a delicious hearty soup and bread that she cooked. Thursday I had dinner and played a game of Euphoria with Liz and Geoff. Then Friday was dinner out for good Mexican and an evening relaxing with ladysprite. It has been especially nice to see ladysprite 3 times in the last month, as it is far too often a year between visit.
This evening, I have dinner plans with Kyle, who I also haven't seen in far too long. Then I'm looking forward to mycrazyhair's party this evening, and a chance to catch up with a lot of my Toronto friends that, like so many of my far-flung friends, I also haven't seen in far too long.
Also, my visit to Ottawa will be short, too. I fly out again at way-too-early Thursday morning for a week in Mexico climbing at El Potrero Chico, which I'm looking forward to with mounting excitement. My sister had talked about joining me for Christmas and a bit of climbing there -- but it unfortunately that won't turn out to happen, their drive to Mexico has taken longer than planned, so she'll still be on her way by then. Oh well, I'll just have to climb and maybe celebrate a bit with Maria, my climbing partner for the trip, a bit.
