dagibbsI'm at the airport again, after a whirlwind visit home that incluced dropping by a friends' place for some social and boardgames, snowshoeing, two fires, take-out Chinese food, cuddles in front of the fires, and a bit of acro-yoga. Also, laundry and packing. I packed a lot into the 39 or so hours I was in Ottawa.
I'm off to Vancouver for 4 days at a customer site, then Thursday I'm going to pick redrunn up at the airport and we're going to drive up to Whistler for 5 days of skiing. I'm quite looking forward to the skiing.
Also, despite phrasing on the Air Canada web page that they "may decline to carry" skis not packed in a hard case, I had no problem at all with checking my skis in their regular, soft-side carrying case.
