dagibbsleolac's German first encountered slinkies about 4 days ago, with a baby one. Somehow, in the intervening days, he has acquired a full-size one. It is currently going zing-clunk-zing-clunk-zing-clunk down the stairs, with great cries of glee and "it verks" emanating from upstairs.
