I find myself with the strange... luxury... of a 3-day weekend with only one day of it booked. Whatever will I do with all the time? How will I manage to occupy myself? I have no idea.

Friday evening: no plans [edit] [livejournal.com profile] leolac has booked Friday dinner for dinner with her and ex-roommate[/edit]
Saturday: no plans
Sunday: 1pm-whenever gaming
Monday: probably no plans (my dad might call on Sunday and say "OMG, we need help, come up Monday, bring food", but it doesn't look likely.

Do I take a much needed rest?

Help?

If I may be so meticulous, perhaps it might be better to call the 'ex-'roommate a 'former' roommate? It sounds less like they've broken up and more like they may still be friends. :)

we have broken up though, and are now friends, and his name in my LJ was "my rm"...so I guess we are both right, =).

Then perhaps ex/ex-roommate? or ex/former roommate?

LOL - like that helps with clarity.

ex-rm is how I refer to him now in my journal. It works for me...=)

Well, I could have helped clarify, and my sentence would have been a bit clearer if I'd said "and her ex-roommate", but really, I did want the word "ex" in there since, as she clarified, he is an "ex", too.

A little bit, yeah. Just unwinding a bit by catching up on LJ, email, and my online Go games.
