I think I have found the Port for the starring role at my birthday party -- it is a Dow's 1985 Vintage.

Also, I dealt with the Triscuit supply issue that a couple people noted on Saturday.

Also other Ports, and more Scotch.

I picked up a bottle of a berry and maple fortified wine, from Quebec (Le Ricaneux Portageur www.ricaneux.com/reguliers.html) that I plan to bring along.

And as things are gearing up, it looks like family holiday times won't be over by then, so I doubt I'll make it, again. A shame, that vintage looks nummy according to a few reviews. (I don't expect it will survive the night.)

Nope, I don't expect the Port to survive the night, and even if it did, it would not likely survive well enough to be worth it.
