Not a sloth week!

Some weeks I feel like a total sloth -- no exercise at all. Travel, especially, makes this weeks far too easy to happen. But this last week -- not a sloth week.

Tuesday - rock climbing at the gym.
Wednesday - ballroom dance lesson
Thursday - rock climbing at the gym
Friday - rock climbing at the gym
Saturday - rock climbing at Lac Sam
Sunday - rock climbing at the gym

Where were you climbing on Tuesday and Friday? In Ottawa/Gatineau? tchang, George and I were at Altitude both Tuesday and Friday.

I still generally go to Coyote when I'm gym climbing. Altitude may happen, occasionally, though. (I've got a membership at Coyote, but picked up a punch-pass for Altitude.)
