And the travel starts again...

Around dinner time I leave for a couple days in Waterloo.
Sunday I fly down to Dallas for a week, coming back on Friday.
The next Sunday I fly off to Kansas City, Kansas for a week, again back on Friday.
And, after that, I think I have a couple weeks in Ottawa around the long weekend. w00t.

Kansas City is reknowned for it's barbecue. If you like that sort of thing you should check it out.

It's not well known, but it also has the second largest Mexican population in the U.S. Mexican town is a great place to get some authentic Mexican food and maybe catch some music.

BBQ was on my list. Didn't know KC had so large a Mexican population -- looks like I may have a couple weeks of really good Mexican food ahead of me. (Ottawa is bad for Mexican food.)
