Surprisingly, it didn't hurt at all.
May. 8th, 2011 09:49 pmThough it was a bit surprising. I chipped a tooth -- front right incisor -- when I was trying to set a nut while climbing, and it flew out, towards my face, and hit my tooth. Now, I have some very sharp edges in my mouth. Tomorrow, I must call the dentist and make an appointment for soon.

Date: 2011-05-09 04:49 pm (UTC)I chipped a tooth when I was in 3rd grade (I ran into a wall). I don't remember it hurting (once the part where I ran face-first into a wall stopped hurting) but it looked very snaggly until the dentist put a cap on it.

Date: 2011-05-09 08:25 pm (UTC)I do hope that the repair is not pricey.
Please keep us updated on how it went, I am unsure of how interesting putting a cap on would be, but if they use another method that could be neat.
Though I am interested on what the expense would be, I have a strange fear that my front teeth will break off and I always panic when I think of the cost.
