You're trying to be a nice restaurant... good steaks, etc. You even have a 20-year old tawny port on your wine menu. So, when someone asks for what single malt Scotches you have, you shouldn't need to write that down, and come back because you couldn't read your writing, then bring one on the rocks, rather than a list of what you have. They only had Glenlivet and Glenfiddich. Oh well. I had the 20 year old tawny port instead, it was quite drinkable.
