Had a wonderful evening, today. It started when

ragnhildr mentioned a pre-dancing dinner, and I offered to come for the dinner, but not the dancing. We met at the Mee Xim, on Somerset, with the expectation that

beable might join us at some point. To our surprise, we were joined not only by

beable, but also by the i of

i_and_t. After a wonderful meal, I talked them into all coming back to my place to engage in gaming and the drinking of ice herbal tea (non-iced for

beable), rather than going off to the, far more virtuous, dancing. We played a wonderful game of Puerto Rico, where

beable pulled off a narrow victory, followed by some amusing conversations about the awarding of toasters (to me), and whether or not multiple toasters could be traded up for blenders or, maybe, microwave ovens.
