Dancing

I'm finally geting back to my ballroom lessons, that had been started with D, and interrupted by her illness and finally me breaking up with her. Last night, leolac and I went out for an hour of ballroom dancing -- we reviewed Foxtrot, Tango, Swing, Waltz, and Rumba. I'm surprised at how much I remember from a year ago -- most of the steps and patterns came back to me pretty quickly, most with some prompting, some without any prompting at all. leolac has also done a few lessons, and seems to pick this up very quickly, as well as having a good sense of rhythm (could it be anything to do with all the music she does?), and I feel like she'll quickly surpass me, but it was a lot of fun dancing with her. Next lesson tonight, and more to come. :)
