Off to Michigan

Off to Novi, Michigan for work next week. A customer actually moved quickly -- asked about training, said 1-2 weeks for PO, so we offered Something in mid-December, giving them 2 weeks, then 2 weeks of prep, and that was next available time slot. And they came back and said can you do it earlier -- suggesting several options including next week. We said, sure -- we can do that, if you get us a PO in time. Not expecting anything -- or, maybe, one coming at at 3pm on Friday at best. The discussion was yesterday, we had the PO by 10:30 this morning. Wow!

So, Monday I'm flying to Detroit. Friday, hopefully evening, I'm flying home.

This gives me Tues, Wed, and Thurs evening in Detroit-area Michigan. Anyone want to go climbing?

I'm certainly down with hanging out. Depending on how my arm heals from a moving accident this past weekend I could be up to climbing. If nothing else always down for dinner :).

Hanging out & dinner would be cool. I'm likely to try and hit Tio's on Tuesday, so Wednesday or Thursday likely better for me -- is one of those better for you?

What did you do to your arm? I know, moving accident... is how you did it, but what?

wednesday would probably be best for me and you might even get to meet the girlfriend too if things work out.

as for my arm, well I was lifting a very large dresser with someone who was less experienced in moving. Long story short they let a side slip at a very inopportune time and I had to catch it. However it was a rather large and heavy dresser so it scraped up a good section of my arm and bruised it pretty good too.

Either way assuming it heals well it should be ready by next wednesday, but will have to play it by ear. :)
