That was a good weekend!

dagibbsLong, busy, full of people, but excellent.
Thursday after work I headed for Toronto and mycrazyhair's games evening. I got to play a few games of Set and Bananagrams -- mycrazyhair picked up Banannagrams right quick, too. (Not that I was surprised.) I handed off house keys to tormenta and corbet, who would be staying at my place (in Ottawa) for the weekend. Yes, I had two (count them two) hot, beautiful, women in my bed all weekend! (Sadly, I wasn't in my bed all weekend.)
Friday, up, check internets, then drive up to Guelph where I had a pleasant brunch with athena_51.
Then, on to Michigan. Got a text saying my room-mate (tanac) had arrived at the con & had a key for me. So... went to the room & knocked - no answer. Then called her cell - again, no answer. So, back down to the front desk, get key, get in room and discover that she was (very thoroughly) napping. Shower, change, wander out... then back around dinner time, intending to wake her up for dinner, but found she was just waking up anyway. So, dinner, then change for the evening.
Wore my Doc Martens, new leather pants, and peasant blouse for the evening. Got many appreciative comments both that evening, and delayed. Got groped a few times. All in all, the outfit was a success. Had a few people back to the room for some port later in the evening, and did a "show and tell" with the toys I'd brought along. Someone asked if I was a professional dom.
Saturday afternoon involved doing a scene, that went quite well. I think a recurrence is quite likely. (Play partner occasionally showed off the marks on Saturday evening and through Sunday. :) Saturday evening didn't dress up quite so nicely, as I was wanting to get some dancing in, and didn't think the leather pants were a good choice for this. Danced for about an hour to hour and half Saturday evening -- got a couple compliments about being nice to watch then, too. Had fun, though wish I had found someone to Swing dance with. Declined all offers of gaming.
Sunday was the usual, more mellow, hanging out at the con, or getting food. Got to spend some good time snuggling with tanac. Wandered off to elizilla's and redrunn's place around 5pm, since I was planning to stay there overnight -- and the three of us went out for dinner. Then off to the Aegis after-con BBQ chez blkrose79. Some more nice cuddles with tanac and others, before I got dragged into a game of Puerto Rico. Then dropped off tanac where she was staying, and back to try and get some sleep.
Monday was mostly driving, though I did stop in Toronto for lunch with an old high school friend. Was good to see Alexis again, she seems to be doing well. Then on to Ottawa, where I arrived a bit late, but still went out for some quite spicy Indian food with shyska, followed by an evening of sitting in front of a fire and talking. First fire of the season. :) Then, went up to my room to find chocolates piled on the pillows of my bed. That finished my weekend with a big smile.
Yes, a weekend full of social time, cuddles, snuggles, hugs, and a bit of gaming and a bit of play. That was a weekend made of win.

Some of the stuff I didn't like seemed to pull the younger people onto the floor. It seemed, for the time I was there, a reasonable mix. It was a bit too loud. (That probably means I'm too old. :)
