That was a workout
Oct. 6th, 2009 11:37 pmAlmost 4 hours at the gym -- starting with about 2 hours of bouldering, then 2 hours of pretty intense climbing. I can feel it in my arms and shoulders (and lack of skin on my fingers) already, wonder what tomorrow will bring.
But, I won't be climbing Thursday -- so is good to get a really solid work out in tonight.
