Made the trip in a little under 4 hours. Beautiful driving weather, and I slowed down in time for all the cops.

Nice! Glad you got home safe and sound and all bikey. I so gotta get me on the back of that thing soon. You were completely my highlight of the weekend, and I'm sorry for the times I was exhausted or flighty. Quiet times in my city soon, I hope, perhaps over dinner?

Thank you. It was wonderful to see you again, as well. Been far too long. And, yes, quiet times in your city, over dinner, would be good. How do either May 7th, or May 14th look for you? (In looking at my calendar, I'm cutting down and chopping up a tree May 21st, and have a wedding to attend May 28th. Gad, May is busier than I thought.)

I'm gonna write those dates in my agenda, but I don't get my work schedule until two weeks before, so it's hard to make firm dates. Frustrating, huh?

I do understand. For me it isn't so much work schedule on short notice, but travel schedule on short notice. If you work schedule doesn't allow the Saturdays, let me know about the Fridays -- I can travel after work, it just means a later dinner, and a tireder me. (That is, for out-of-town dinners, Saturday is better than Friday for me.)
