Bloody hospital

So, after the CAT scan I asked specifically... what do I need to do to follow up? They said I'd be called back for an appointment. So, I've tracked down the clinic (which doesn't have a posted phone number on the Ottawa Hospital web site), and called them. And they say I was supposed to follow-up.

*sigh*

From now on, I call, I bug, I push. Seems to be the only way. I probably should have known that, though.
