It's good that I travel...
Feb. 10th, 2005 10:08 pmelse I'm not sure I'd get laundry done.
Yup, I'm headed out on the road again -- flying off to San Jose, California on Sunday, teaching for 4 days, then back on Friday. And, since the time between now and when I leave is looking pretty busy (
jacomothefool's birthday party tomorrow evening, gaming on Saturday), I'm doing laundry now. And, I've noticed a pattern... when I need to leave town for a trip, it triggers the washing of the laundry so I'll have clean clothes for the trip... leading me to wonder if I never travelled, would I never do laundry?
Also, had a nice dinner with my parents, sister, and Jasmine stayed mostly quiet through dinner, so my sister could actually eat dinner like a person rather than a baby attachment.
My sister is in town for another week, leaving a week Sunday, so I'm taking the red-eye home from San Jose on Thursday night, to get home in time for Friday dinner with parents and her, and possibly other sister and partner who are probably going to be in from Montreal for it. I hate taking the red-eye, but if I try for a morning flight, it will generally get me here after dinner time, cause of the 3 hour time change. So, I'll be here but bleary. Maybe I'll nap during the day, then head over to the parents' place.

Anyway, let me know.
