gabriel_le and I have made it to the ferry successfully. We got to Louisbourg about an hour before it opened (at 9am), so had lunch in town, then spent a nice day at Fort Louisbourg. Unfortunately, though, our ferry was an hour late departing. It is going to be a late night on top of a LONG day.

gabriel_le is lucky, she can sleep anywhere, and can nod off in the car at less than a moment's notice. Me, not so good. I got a bit of light doze (maybe) while gabriel_le drove from about 1:40am - 5:20am, but otherwise did the rest of the driving. Also, I got a bit of light doze while waiting for the ferry, but I'm operating on almost no sleep. Once we get off the ferry, it should be about 100km to our hotel, and I may have gabriel_le drive most of it.

We are both REALLY looking forward to showers and bed, though.

But, everything has gone quite smoothly, we're in good spirits, and having a good vacation.
