Online Set

I know of two places to do Set puzzles online:

http://www.nytimes.com/ref/crosswords/setpuzzle.html

http://www.setgame.com/set/puzzle_frame.htm

The first (NY Times) has a slightly easier to use interface, but it only does a 3x3 array of cards. The second (from the makers of the game) gives a 3x4 array, which is how the game would normally be played. (And, the 2nd one tells you how long you took, which is a handy benchmark for checking how well you're doing at it.)

[edit] Apparently the NYT one does supply 3x4 if you select the "advanced" boxes. I find the cards harder to read on that one, though, because they "shadow" the images. [/edit]

The NY Times seems to have an Advanced setting with the 3x4 grid

Hm... it does, doesn't it. Oddly, I actually find it harder to do on the NYT because of the shadowing on the lines.

And, it doesn't tell you how long you took, either.

Wow. It took me waaay too long to find those 6 sets. Clearly i am out of practice.

I'm generally around a minute, rarely more than 2 minutes. (Unless, of course, I'm interrupted by something like a phone call, that is.)
