Then I thought about it a bit more, and really I don't think it is so true.
I started thinking about how I spend my time:
Work -- not yum, about neutral on healthy. Sleep - healthy, sometimes yummy, often neutral. Climbing - healthy, yum. Dancing - healthy, yum. Work travel - not yum, not healthy. Eating - varied on both, though tending to moderately yum and moderately healthy. Time with gabriel_le - generally yummy and moderately healthy. Playing Games - generally yummy, neutral on healthy (good for brain, not so for body. Way better than tv or equivalent.) Reading the Economist - healthy Riding motorcycle - yummy but not healthy Skiing - yummy, healthy Hiking - yummy, healthy Snoeshoeing - yummy, healthy Reading SF&F - yummy, neutral on healthy (some of it is fluff, still better than tv) Housework - not yummy, neutral to positive on healthy Reading & posting on LJ - yummy, neutral (often good for emotional health and connectedness)
