It is quite the foggy day out there. Cars appear out of the mist, headlights first then the car, same for stoplights -- first you see the light, then the rest of the intersection appears.
I was driving in the fog earlier today (um, I mean Sunday) and some cars, because it was daytime I guess, didn't have lights on. Darkness appear out of the mist, makes it more challenging to decide if it's safe to proceed through the intersection.
I think they must be American cars. My 15 year old car has required headlights. So a Canadian car without headlights is older than 15 years, I'm guessing.
