Birthday Party

Because at least a couple people were confused...

I'm throwing myself a birthday party on Friday December 28th to celebrate (or mourn) the fact that I'm turning 40.

If you can read this, you're invited. At least some people who aren't reading this are, also, invited. (Cause, you know, not all of the world uses LJ.)

This party will, at least, have Port. I have not otherwise planned anything.

RSVPs are nice, but not required. If I get a lot of RSVPs, I may have to get more Port glasses. (Or, relegate some port drinkers to liqueur glasses.)

This will not be the last announcement. But, as the Christmas/New Year season can be quite busy for people, I felt I should get my announcement out moderately early. (It isn't my fault my parents thought that spring was a good time to make babies. But, they clearly did as my sister's birthday is also in December. They got smarter, though, my second sister's birthday is in June.)
