Arrived in Kokomo

I have made it safely, though a tad delayed, to Kokomo Indiana. As flight problems go, it was mild -- the plane we were supposed to be on from Detroit to Indianapolis was having some maintenance done on it before we were to board, but it didn't get completed in time, so we got re-gated and sent on a different plane. Of course, that introduced some delay, about an hour or so. I've been through far worse.

The drive up from Indianapolis was fine, though it felt like I hit almost every red light, and finding the hotel was easy -- easily visible from the highway. I just hope finding the work site tomorrow morning will be as easy.

*sigh* But the "high" speed internet at this hotel so far seems to be anything but. Slow and patchy, with occasional failed page loads that work fine on a reload.
