Climbing at Joe Rockhead's

Went climbing at Joe Rockhead's in TO this evening. Found a belay partner for the earlier part of the time -- she was there with a friend from work, but the friend was taking the beginner course, so we climbed together until the course was done. Then, she climbed with her friend, and I climbed a bit more with her friend's belay partner from the course. Got close to two hours of top-roping in. Had no problem with a 5.8, a couple 5.9s and a 5.10-. Tried a 5.10+, vertical wall, but lots of really tiny holds with no happy rest holds along the way. Made it up, though with lots of falling and progress one move at a time. When they all left, I wasn't done, so bouldered for a bit, where I ended up meeting another woman who was bouldering about the same level and said hello to me -- we work on a couple problems and chatted, and then exchanged contact information so if she's in Ottawa, or I'm in TO we can climb together. (And, she's hot, too.)
Just got to say - so many women that climb are just hot.
Now, I'm tired. Gotta catch up on LJ, and check work email for anything important -- then sleep.
Oh, and today was sweltering, the climbing was sweat-city.
