The exercise started with Saturday morning when gabriel_le and I hiked the Wolf Trail. We did the loop in about 2.5 hours, which is a pretty solid pace. I also did a couple bits of bouldering on a couple of convenient rock faces along the way. :)

Then this morning, juniorcrone, Texas-Robin, and I went out rollerblading along the parkway, where it is closed to cars for the morning. We did Parkdale to Carling and back in about 1.5 hours.

After lunch/brunch (at the pagan brunch), juniorcrone and I then went over to Coyote, where she climbed for about 1.5 hours and I added an extra 1/2 hour of bouldering to the end of that. I did several challenging routes -- a couple technically (the new 5.10b that I worked on and completed, even if it took a few tries on it), and several physically, because they were up overhangs.

And, the interspersed fun included raynedaze's party Friday evening where a good group of people showed up and some gaming happened -- including Samurai and TransEuropa, and a game of Tsuro that I didn't play in.

Cuddling and napping with gabriel_le on Saturday afternoon.

Gaming at con_girl's on Saturday evening, where I got to play Antike (yay for playing a new game, and most people seemed to like it, and it didn't take as long as I feared), then Ticket To Ride (in which Texas-Josh pipped gabriel_le 129 to 128 for the win) and Ricochet Robots (con_girl's copy) while the other table played Power Grid. A turnout of 9 people for the evening of gaming was awesome, and I thought it was cool to have serious games played at both tables.

Now, I somehow find myself with a Sunday evening with nothing scheduled. But, maybe, that's a good thing. I am a bit on the tired side.

Sounds like a good time indeed! Sounds like you do a fair bit of this exercise-type stuff... most of mine, I get at aikido, but I should probably do more cardio.

You're not a fan of Tsuro, I take it? (Neither am I, much, but the time investment is slight enough that I don't begrudge it once in a blue moon.) Most of the others sound good, though!

I actually like Tsuro well enough, it is an excellent quick filler game, or introductory game to novice gamers (the fact that it looks so attractive really helps). I was just reading a book in the library at the time of the game of Tsuro.

The exercise thing varies -- I do climb fairly regularly and often. The rest of it, not so much -- though I should get more.
