I've lost two work shirts this trip. *sigh* Need to go out shopping for shirts again. Wore through the elbow on one, and have ripped the collar-shirt seam on today's shirt. Doh.
Doing well. I'm about to move up to bicep curls with the 40 lb. dumbbells, which is where I was pre-wreck. I still can only do 35 pushups at a time, but I'm slowly increasing that number, too.
I went for my last regular follow up with the ortho last week, and as in all the other visits, he says the x-rays show a "perfect" alignment.
And, of course, I'm riding to work every day, unless it's raining when I leave. It's all good.
