I just arrived in California for a week...I fly home Saturday, fly to Germany Monday, fly home 10 days later (Thursday), then fly back to California the following Sunday for another week down here.

Nope, not having fun -- working. All the above travel is for work...which means hotel rooms & conference rooms, which all look mostly alike all over the world. Well, not all over the world, but they are of a sameness.

aww, I'm sorry .. well try to make the best of it.. do you get to do any sight seeing at all or is it dawn to dark meatings ?

It's not quite dawn to dusk meetings, but I'm a trainer -- so it means that I'm on feet teaching for about 8 hours straight. By the end of it, I generally don't have any energy for touristy stuff. If I'm in town somewhere I have friends (e.g. Houston), I'll get together with them for dinner & evening, but that's generally my limit. And, it's usually fly in the day before, leave the day after, or even late on the last day, so I don't even have "ends" for touristing.

Though, my trip to Germany coming up next weekend will leave me in Hanover over the weekend, so I have hopes of actually getting to see something. :)
