With the amount I've been climbing lately, I've gotten used to having that "I've been used" ache/feeling in my arms and shoulders. But, today, with the climbing on Sunday and the couple of hours of snowshoeing on Saturday, I'm feeling it in all my limbs and attachment points, rather than just arms/shoulders. I guess I just have to start working my core more when I climb, to get that bit aching, too. Sigh, that means more bouldering and overhang work.
