State of me

You know, on the whole life is good.

I love, and live with, a wonderful woman. And, while I don't have other partners at the moment, she thinks I should find some. And, beyond being beautiful, and sexy, and poly, and other wonderful stuff -- she is also a gamer.

Work has just revised the fundamental goal of its travel policy from "frugal" to "comfortable". This should make things a bit more comfortable for me, especially for long flights. :)

I'm getting regular exercise -- I'm generally getting out climbing 3 times a week. Tuesday evenings, Sunday afternoons, and either Wednesday or Thursday evening, depending on other scheduling events. I just need more (regular) climbing partners. Do you want to go climbing with me? (I do have a regular partner for Tuesdays, a guy I know from work.)

Of course, along with the regular exercise, because of the type of exercise, is regular bruises and scrapes. But, really, they're trophies.

I'm off for a short trip to California next week -- leave Monday, teach Tuesday & Wednesday, come home Thursday.

After that, I'll be at Ad Astra for Friday through Sunday. Looking forward to seeing a bunch of friends there. (Who's going to be there?)

Then, Germany for a couple weeks at the end of March.

I'll be at Ad Astra, though I don't plan on staying at the hotel. (I live close enough, and there's a 24-hour bus route.)
