I can walk, carefully, on the foot without pain. I can do foot rotations clockwise & counter-clockwise without pain. If I do a firm stretch inwards, no pain. Firm stretch outwards, up, or down will cause mild pain. On the whole, this seems quite good progress for just over 2 weeks after the sprain.

I am, though, still using one crutch as as, essentially, a cane. I'm doing this to remind myself, and others around me, that I do have an injury, so that I don't do something stupid (like try to run, or jump off a curb).

In other news, I've booked flights for me and my parents to go visit my sister in Golden, BC for Christmas. We'll be flying to Calgary on the 23rd (different flights -- I did my trip on points). I'll be flying home on the 27th, and they'll be coming home in the new year.

I still need to book a rental car -- but that's not quite as big a rush.
