Ankle update
Oct. 4th, 2010 09:56 pmI can walk, carefully, on the foot without pain. I can do foot rotations clockwise & counter-clockwise without pain. If I do a firm stretch inwards, no pain. Firm stretch outwards, up, or down will cause mild pain. On the whole, this seems quite good progress for just over 2 weeks after the sprain.
I am, though, still using one crutch as as, essentially, a cane. I'm doing this to remind myself, and others around me, that I do have an injury, so that I don't do something stupid (like try to run, or jump off a curb).
