I made a chili last night. And I do mean night -- I had it all assembled in the slow-cooker around 7pm, and I took it out of the slow-cooker around 8:15am this morning. I was worried it might turn out too spicy, since early sampling had a bit of burn -- but nope, quite nice without too much heat.

Of course, I froze most of it. Yay for self-made "TV" dinners. :)
