Had a really long session at the climbing gym this evening -- I arrived around 6:45, boulder for about an hour until someone to climb with arrived, then climbed for about 2 hours -- without much in the way of pauses between climbs, and doing a couple of double-climbs. Then bouldered for another 1/2 hour or so after my climbing partner left, and was finally done around 10:20. So, about three and a half hours.
Yeah, no wonder my muscles are all feeling tired.
And the skin on my hands -- definitely showing evidence that this is the 3rd time out this week.
