Feelign a bit scraped and roughed up
Mar. 11th, 2009 01:57 pmI took a small fall (from about 2 feet up, but a roof) yesterday at climbing, skinned my elbow. Unfortunately, it is right where the elbow rests on the arm rest of my office chair at work. Annoying.
I also peeled back a couple places on my fingers.
And, of course, a whole bunch of muscle aches and stuff. I've been pushing my climbing & bouldering a bit harder than normal as preperation for my trip to Mexico for climbing, so I'm feeling it a bit more than normal, too.
But, in the good news, the ankle is holding up pretty well. It is a bit more achy than my right one, and a bit weaker, but acting pretty solid. I've gone over on it once or twice on ice, and had no more problem than from my good one.
