Currently, at work, I'm updating some of our training material for a new version of our software, in particular a major update to the IDE. I just spent most of today working on updating a section, only to just now notice that I'm working on a section that is no longer part of the course, and was replaced by a new and improved version, meaning I just wasted almost all that work. Argh.
