Evening & weekend

This evening I didn't get to go climbing after-all. I'm not entirely surprised -- my potential climbing partner & belayer had hurt herself, and it would have required a "miraculous" recovery for her to be up for it. So, I'm spending another quiet evening online & reading.

Tomorrow evening I'll be over at Tammy's place, so I'll probably check out of the hotel after work tomorrow (sure, they'll charge me for Friday night, I don't care -- the customer has the tab), pack up the bike, go to Tammy's, then overnight at elizilla's. Mostly because the ride back here, then back to Ypsilanti Saturday seems just silly.

On Saturday, I expect to borrow the kind and generous elizilla's laundry facilities once again, repack for a plane trip borrowing the wonderful and helpful elizilla's luggage, and then leave my motorcyle in the kind-hearted and sharing elizilla's garage for a week while I fly off to England for a week.

I'll be back in Michigan Sunday the 30th, and riding home Monday, July 31st.

Wow... August looking busy at work too

There are multiple customers looking for training in August this year. Wow, just wow. That never happens. Luckily, it looks like I'll only be training for one week -- the first two weeks are recovery time from this current trip, and the last two weeks are vacation time, booked so I can get to/from Worldcon. But, that leaves the week of August 14th, and if the customer that is at the head of the line comes through with a P.O. in time, I'll be back in this neck of the woods again that week. Specifically I'll be in the Van Buren Township area.
