Book 44: Expert C Programming - Deep C Secrets by Peter van der Linden. Definitely only of interest to people programming in C, but it is a readable book on the ins and outs of the language, pointing up some common places to make errors, problems with the language, and a bunch of interesting (well, at least to a nerd) anecdotes about bugs that have happened.
