Bargain supper

Tonight, for dinner, I did Chinese take-away. Beef with ginger & spring onion, rice, and a bottle of Fanta for 6.00. From what I've been paying that's a bargain. Of course, "do not translate UK prices into dollars". :)

Have you had those traditional British dishes "curry chips" and "chicken vindaloo" yet?

Vindaloo is usually too hot for me. But, the chinese takeout also had an extensive "chips" menu, and many items were offered with "rice or chips, fried rice 60p extra".
