My livejournal "friends" page has been far quieter than normal this weekend. Strange that.

But, it is, also a strange experience, at least for me. Used to be, I'd bump in to someone I hadn't seen since the last convention, and we'd spend the 10 minutes (or so) catching up on each other's life. But, with people I keep in contact with through LJ, that just doesn't happen the same way. Odd.

There was one person there that you had to spend a couple of minutes catching up with. Now that you can check my lj there won't be such a surprise next time. But also, I don't expect to have moved very far from my current place, by the next time I see you. I also don't expect to have a new job.
It was great to see you and now I can keep up with your life.
