Climbing again

I went climbing again today -- to Vertical Reality this time (went to Coyote last time). It is a taller, more challenging location, with nastier holds. I think Coyote is more my level. My hands and feet are hurting -- feet from starting to break-in the new shoes I bought; hands, or really finger tips, from abrasion. I feel like my finger-tips are rubbed half-bare.

When can I go next?

Is that the name of the little island between Ottawa and Hull where they have the climbing walls?
