Well, almost... last night at least. I fly home tomorrow evening, 10pm or thereabout, on the red-eye to Toronto. Arrive something like 6am, and hope to be home in Ottawa (driving) for about noon.

It has been easier in California than Germany -- easier to find food, easier to talk to people stuff like that, and the hotel is a bunch more comfortable, more spacious, better desk setup and I don't feel quite so constricted for space. But, I'm looking forward to being home, and especially, to seeing leolac.

And, of course, I have a busy social schedule for the weekend, too.

Then, Thursday, I'm on my way out of town, again.

And I'm crossing my fingers for good weather & a motorcycle ride. ;)

Any thoughts on where you'd like to go for breakfast?

Well, it's forecasted to shower from today until Saturday, but we'll see!

Hmmm... if we're on the motorcycle, let's go farther afield. *grins* Otherwise, my preference would be Cora's, the Wild Oat, or Elgin Street Diner.

I had been thinking the Cora's out at Alta Vista & Bank, rather than the one in the market -- that's a bit farther afield. :)

And, we can always take a slightly "long" route home, if the weather is copacetic.
