end of an era (again): Chu Shing gone :(

Google is now reporting that the Chu Shing is permanently closed. :( :( :(

If another restaurant opens there, I wonder how much time it will spend as "The restaurant formerly know as the Chu Shing", just as the Chu Shing was known as "The restaurant formerly know as the Fuliwah" for quite some years.

I gave up on "formerly known as the Fuliwah" in pre-Covid times because, basically, nobody else seemed to remember it had ever been anything but the Chu Shing.

The Golden River has been gone for a while, too, hasn't it?
