1830 - early finish

dagibbsWe finished our game of 1830 somewhat earlier than last time -- with a bankruptcy at about 7:30pm (after 6+ hours of play time). I ended up holding the most net worth at that point -- but I think I was also best placed to make further progress, despite a couple of mistakes along the way, so even if Daniel hadn't been bankrupt, I think I would likely have still ended up winning.
It was a good game, though different from what we've often run. We've generally tended to play 18xx games (even 1830) where we've run good companies and made value that way. At the end of this game, every company's stock value was under water.
