At least, that is, when eating in company cafeterias in Asia. Fish, some mixed green veggies, rice, soup, and, I think, deep-fried tofu.

Unlike South Korea, the company cafeteria doesn't have a "foreign visitors" section. So, I'm eating just like the locals, I guess. Luckily, I'm pretty competent with chopsticks. Possibly not elegant -- I probably eat like a peasant or something -- but competent.

We had lunch with a number of folks were were meeting, in a separate room at the South China Morning Post in Hong Kong. They seemed a bit surprised that neither Andrew nor I wanted knife and fork, and were ok with chopsticks. I've no idea how inelegant I eat with chopsticks, but I'm competent. I did watch the others to check how they eat some of the things that were served. It was fun!
