The climbing today was awesome. The weather looked a bit iffy as we headed out, but as we approached Calabogie it started to clear. We spent the whole day climbing with sun and blue skies plus a nice breeze to keep us cool and the bugs away. It was warm enough to sweat just a little -- but not enough that you were dripping. And there was nice shade from trees for the belaying, but the climbs topped out into the sun.

We did a couple more climbs that we didn't do last week, which was really nice as well. They are somewhat longer climbs, and both are very nice -- though the finish of the harder of the two was quite physically intense.

I had one person with me from last week, and two more that I've seen in the gym and invited out a couple times, and they finally came along. They had never climbed at Calabogie before, and they were really happy with the climbing out there -- both good climbs, and lots of choice for climbs, with it being easy to move from one set to another. :)

Now, I should do something about feeding myself before I keel over.
